●If you have experienced technical issues that prevent you from accessing our content you are eligible for a refund. 

●If you have consumed any content on our platform you are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

●Please provide your username, email address and transaction ID in your refund request. 

●Refunds will be processed within 30-45 business days of receiving your request.

●Refund will be issued in the original payment method.

cancel membership You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at mailto:vidzonedigitaltv@gmail.com. Refunds are applicable only for those services which you have purchased from us but are unable to use due to technical fault. Fees will not be refunded if any service is canceled without any reason after purchasing it.

●Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
